What is the meaning of life for you? Are you existing or living life to the full? Could you achieve more? What is it you want to see when you look back at your life?

Create a more meaningful life for yourself. Whatever a meaningful life means to you.

How can you have a more meaningful life?

Know who you are and what you are about

• Do not reject others out of hand just because
• Who do you want in your life
• Could you help others more to help yourself
• If you give more give for sake of giving

What do you do that makes you forget time? If you are so fully immersed in something that you lose track of time you are having more fun. Live more in the moment more often.

If you have not identified what you want to be then how can you make changes to become that person? You will not know what changes to make. You may become someone but not the person you want to be.

Do not think in terms of living a good and bad life

If you think you are living a bad life it will feel worse. Think about where you are now as a stepping stone to where you want to be. It is not a bad life now just how you need to be now before you can be what you want to become.

What changes will you realistically make to become the person you want to be

And when will you make those changes? The date of your action maybe later today next week next month or next year. Be clear when you will make the key changes in your life.

If you set a timetable for change that is not realistic you are setting yourself up to fail. Set a realistic achievable timetable to change your life too be what you want to become.

Grow into a better life. Its hard to change who you are overnight.   It could take years even decades.   However you need to know were you want to get to before you can identify what you need to change to get there.

Being kinder to  others will help you to have a kinder view of yourself. What you think of yourself is more important than what others think of you.
